These are the official rules. Never under any circumstances will these be changed without admins PMing everyone and having an announcement so you'll only need to read these once unless you forget something.
*The RPGing Categories*
If you are here for the RPing, which I figure most of you are, these rules are very important for you to follow.
1. Bios must be placed in the bios board.
3. Each character must have it's own profile. This helps us staff keep track of who is doing what. Also all bios must be placed into a character log once it has been accepted.
4. You are responsible for reading and knowing whats going on.
5. You MUST understand what is going on in the RP's you cannot respond to a hunting party with: ' Raven padded over to the tree and sighed.' You MUST have a post that makes sense. If not, it will be deleted.
6. You MUST make gender clear. If your writing about Raven make sure to put a gender defining word in the post somewhere. It'll make it easier for others to respond.
7. Posts cannot be one-two sentences. This includes dialog. If you want to RP your post must be a minimum of three sentences and cannot be entirely dialogue. Hints: After your wolf says something don't always do the '(wolf's name) said.' thing. There are so many other ways to put things. For instance instead of, '"do we have to work on hunting today? I want to fight instead." Silly said.' Instead say: '"Do we have to work on hunting today? I want to fight instead." The pup complained.'
8. ALL your characters MUST be listed in your Character Log. The reason is if you adopt someone, say Spotty, and start RPing her, people will wonder if it's a new character you made or the old one. Make sure to put the wolf in your Log before RPing it, you should mark newly adopted wolves somehow to let others know.
9. Many of you like to have your wolves. You use them a lot of places and you want them to be yours. If you want a Stream and there is another one, you ARE allowed to create one still, so long as they are not in the same Pack. However, a maximum of two wolves may share any one name at a time. If there are two Stream's you must wait until one dies, or takes on a new name before making one.
10. As I said before, many of you like to have your wolves. This sometimes consists of a 90 name list of wolves u like to create. If you can RP them all at least once every other week, you can have them. 100, is the limit. Reason: I don't want the Packs to each have 1000 wolves. I toast to those who can limit the 90 list to 45.
11.Members will only be allowed to post as 1 High Position Wolves.(Read the Ranks Post for more info.)
12. Read the plot. For crying out loud READ the plot. It is the main plot. However, I have no trouble with having mini-plots in there too. Mates from other Packs are not considered mini plots. Mini plots are things like an earthquake or fire or something extra that really shakes things up. These type of plots are fine, just make sure they are posted under the plot board and are approved by a staff member BEFORE you put them into action.
13. Please please please, do not power play or god mod! This is where you either play another persons wolf, or make your wolf invincible. Bio's must contain a strength AND a weakness for this reason.
14. Swearing is not allowed, You can put stars instead, but no actual letters.
15. Have fun! I don't want to run a boring site. You can do so much here so take advantage of it.
